Institute of Business Administration Karachi | Karachi, Pakistan | Advancing SDG 3 & UNAI 9

" I've always been driven by the challenge of turning everyday problems into practical solutions. The Millennium Fellowship gives me a chance to work alongside like-minded peers, learn from diverse perspectives, and build tools that genuinely help communities in Karachi. I see this as a step toward creating technology that is both impactful and aligned with the UNAI principles and SDGs. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Blue Circle Beacon
The idea is to spread awareness regarding the rapid increase in diabetes cases in Pakistan. Also go over the reasons of this increase in reported cases. Also give support to diabetes patients on campus and outside. As well as help the diabetes patients cope from the emotional and mental trauma that comes with the disease. The plan is to setup social media accounts that spread awareness. For the patients going through the tough time, I plan to consult my campus hospital to make sure to have insulin and other glucose monitoring equipment at all times. I also want to expand on this field, being a computer science student, I plan to build a local and cheap solution to continuous glucose monitoring systems.
