" My society is in a state of an existing wide gap in development. As an advocate for social change and impact, I desire to get equipped with knowledge and skills to foster my contribution towards the development of my society. Being a Millennium Fellow is an opportunity for me to attain this desire as well as place me in a community of like-minded fellows. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: The Seedling Project

The Seedling Project seeks to improve the reproductive health outcomes of adolescents. The goal of the project is to bolster the sexual and reproductive health of teenagers. This includes improving knowledge and awareness, supporting healthy behaviours, providing empowerment to people and communities, and minimizing health inequalities. Tackling these particular aspects is necessary for the Seedling Project because they will facilitate the creation of a balanced and balanced future for the youth in the South-West region. This project serves as one of the measures to save the people in the areas aforesaid from avoidable calamities and to bring them to a reasonable point of an adequate standard of living. The project will focus on disseminating information, interacting, and supporting a fraction of the people who are neglected or not given adequate attention by the ideal bodies. It is to implement the earlier agenda in the area of health, hygiene, and more specifically, the reproductive health of the people in the selected community. The Seedling Project will contribute to a healthier future for adolescents in the region by improving their knowledge, empowering them to make informed decisions about their sexual and reproductive health, and ultimately reducing unintended pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections.
