Millennium Fellowship Project: O.I.L

This project carried out school outreaches to educate students on the importance of education. Students were encouraged to view learning beyond formal schooling, emphasizing the value of self-initiative, skill development, and consistent effort. Through visits and interactive discussions, the project inspired students to read widely, explore new skills, and take ownership of their personal and academic growth. By fostering a mindset of curiosity and dedication, it aimed to empower students to reach their full potential.

About the Millennium Fellow

Emman Audu Anahunre is a hardworking and resilient first-class final-year Mathematics student at the University of Ibadan. Growing up in Ikorodu, Lagos, he witnessed many challenges and was even tempted to be part of a cultist community. However, education changed everything for him, and having first hand experienced its transformative power, he is now championing this cause as the Academic Director of the National Association of Mathematical Science Students of Nigeria, University of Ibadan.
