" “Good leaders build products. Great leaders build cultures. Good leaders deliver results. Great leaders develop people. Good leaders have vision. Great leaders have values. Good leaders are role models at work. Great leaders are role models in life." "
Millennium Fellowship Project: The Art of Excellence
The Art of Excellence is about learning to consistently produce the best possible output at a time for a task being executed. In this part of the world mediocre output is the order of the day, hence, there is a strong yearning by everyone for the best a person can produce. I desire to see a community of people that consistently put in their very best in trying to produce an excellent result rather than excellence being talked down when one person strive to attain it. This, I believe, will make the community a better place.
