Millennium Fellowship Project: Career Compass
The Career Compass Project is a community outreach initiative targeted at public secondary schools students. Its aim is to educate, guide, and mentor these students on their career path. Through structured school visits, mentorship sessions, the project will help students identify their interests, value education better, understand various career options, and make informed decisions about their future paths. By bringing career education directly into these public classrooms, Career Compass seeks to instill confidence in students to pursue their careers.
About the Millennium Fellow
Victor Ayoola is a bright and socially conscious Nigerian law student with a passion for justice and advocacy. A 500-level student at the University of Ibadan, he currently serves as the Chief Justice of the Law Students’ Society. He is also a member of Amnesty International, contributing significantly to human rights advocacy.
In addition, he guides young students in discovering their career paths through engaging mentorship sessions. In future, Victor aspires to be a revolutionary force in the Nigerian judiciary, championing transparency, equity, and access to justice.
