Millennium Fellowship Project: Happy Healing

Happy Healing is all about supporting people on their mental health journey, ensuring that no one suffers silently. Our website is power packed with all the resources that one might need to win their battle with mental health. We provide guided meditations, journal prompts, daily check- ins, chatbot and community forums connecting us with people who are or have experienced similar situations inculcating empathy for others and a sense belonging. Our goal is simple- making mental health care accessible and affordable to all communities. We are here to remind people that we've got their back and support is always a click away.

About the Millennium Fellow

Shreya Tejan is a passionate leader and changemaker, born and raised in New Delhi, India, dedicated to building communities rooted in empathy, equity, and shared growth. As the youngest-ever President of IGDTUW Resources and President of B.H.A.V., she has led initiatives that amplify student voices, foster cross-cultural dialogue, and celebrate creativity. Her work spans mental well-being, education, and the preservation of cultural heritage, reflecting her belief that collective action can create a more compassionate world. Guided by the vision of a utopia where every individual can thrive, Shreya strives to inspire change that bridges divides and nurtures lasting harmony.
