" I believe meaningful change begins at the intersection of ideas and action. As a Millennium Fellow, I am excited to collaborate with a global community of change makers, exchange diverse perspectives, and translate innovative ideas into tangible impact. This opportunity aligns with my passion for leveraging technology, business, and social initiatives to drive lasting, positive change in society. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Campus Skill Bridge

The Campus Skill Bridge Program was launched as a targeted development initiative to empower Reserve students and students from challenging backgrounds, successfully bridging the gap between academia and professional life. The project implemented a multi-faceted approach centered on holistic career readiness, including interactive career and personality development sessions to build essential soft skills and self-awareness, impactful webinars hosted by industry professionals to provide broad career path awareness and real-world insights, and intensive, job-relevant skill bootcamps (e.g., focusing on data analysis or digital branding) to equip students with practical, in-demand technical competencies. A key innovative feature was the establishment of a dedicated mentorship network and the creation of a comprehensive Career Readiness Portfolio for each participant, resulting in a demonstrable increase in participant confidence and post-program employment opportunities.
