" "Confidence is a catalyst for change, and I am passionate about helping young girls find their voice in spaces where they are often underrepresented. I do this work because I have seen how mentorship and opportunity can transform potential into impact. The Millennium Fellowship will allow me to amplify this mission, collaborate with like-minded peers, and create initiatives that equip the next generation of girls with the skills and courage to lead." Millennium Fellowship Project: Tomorrow's Leading Women
The 'Tomorrow's Leading Women' Programme is a social impact initiative dedicated to empowering young girls, particularly those in primary schools, by developing their leadership and public speaking skills. Rooted in the personal belief that these skills are a right, not a privilege, the project directly addresses the lack of leadership opportunities for women, aligning with the UN's Sustainable Development Goal 5: Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls
