" I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it aligns with my desire to grow as a leader while serving my community. My work is driven by the belief that exposure and opportunity can change the trajectory of a person’s life just as they have changed mine. Through this fellowship, I hope to share that possibility with others and be part of a network that turns compassion into lasting impact. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Beyond the Horizon

I am leading Beyond the Horizon, an initiative designed to inspire high school students in under-resourced communities, like Kibera, to see opportunities beyond their immediate environment. From August to December 2025, I aim to host mentorship sessions with professionals from diverse industries, engage at least 60 students in interactive workshops and discussions and collect feedback from participants to track mindset shifts and learning outcomes. Through these experiences, I hope to help students broaden their perspectives, build confidence, make informed life choices, and track their growth through feedback and reflection, creating a lasting impact on their personal and academic journeys.
