My project focuses on addressing the growing challenge of youth unemployment in Bangladesh by equipping students and recent graduates with the skills, guidance, and confidence needed to enter the job market. Through a series of workshops, mentorship sessions, and practical training, the initiative aims to help young people develop industry-relevant skills, improve their employability, and explore entrepreneurship as an alternative pathway. By collaborating with campus clubs, professionals, and organizations, the project seeks to create a supportive ecosystem where youth can learn, grow, and access real opportunities. Ultimately, the goal is to empower young individuals to build sustainable careers and contribute meaningfully to national development.
