" I'm excited to be a Millennium Fellow because i went from doubting myself and my ambition in a small corner of my room to having an international platform and a system that not only understands my passion but also supports it, it is a dream come true. I love the inclusivity, support and strength that it provides for young change makers like myself. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Klean Kashmir

Klean Kashmir is an environmental awareness initiative focused on improving environmental conditions in Kashmir and mitigating the effects of climate change. The project engages communities and schools through plantation drives, cleanliness campaigns, and educational awareness sessions. During the initiative, students and community members were actively involved, learning the importance of environmental stewardship. While the activities went smoothly, efforts are ongoing to make sessions even more engaging and enjoyable for younger participants. The project fosters a culture of responsibility and action toward a cleaner, greener Kashmir.
