Millennium Fellowship Project: WASH Project
The project targets the critical WASH challenges in Kenya's dry regions, where water scarcity causes poor sanitation and hygiene, damaging public health and socio-economic life. By investing in infrastructure and community participation, I intend to deliver reliable, clean water and sustainable sanitation solutions.
About the Millennium Fellow
Calvince Onyango Mackeans is a bright, ambitious and globally minded undergraduate student of Energy Engineering at Kenyatta university. Born and raised in Kenya, he has developed strong skills in electrical maintenance, installations, digital marketing and client relationships. Calvince is passionate about green energy solutions,technology and creating opportunity for underprivileged communities. Through his leadership roles,including vice chairperson Kenyatta university Energy Club, and work experience in technical services and sales, he has demonstrated outstanding teamwork and problem solving abilities. He aspires to innovate in the renewable energy sector, contributing to sustainable development goals.He also envisions a future where renewable energy solutions power progress across Africa and beyond.
