Millennium Fellowship Project: Global Green Impact
Global Green Impact is an environmental initiative dedicated to reducing climate change risks and promoting sustainable solutions in developing regions. The project focuses on raising awareness, strengthening community resilience to environmental hazards, and implementing green practices that protect ecosystems. Through education, advocacy, and practical climate-smart interventions, Global Green Impact aims to empower communities to build a safer, healthier, and more sustainable future.
About the Millennium Fellow
Bernice Kamikazi, born and raised in Rwanda, is a patient and hardworking individual who values teamwork and building friendships. She completed her primary education at Mount Carmel in Kigali, her O’ Level at the Catholic nun school Notre Dame des Apôtres, and her A’ Level in PCB at FAWE Girls’ School. Bernice has held leadership roles in various clubs, including the Environment Club and Croix Rouge (Red Cross), where she focused on creating sustainable solutions to benefit both the community and the environment. Her dedication reflects a passion for positive impact and collaborative growth.
