Millennium Fellowship Project: GreenRoots Africa

GreenRoots Africa is a youth-led environmental initiative focused on restoring green spaces and promoting climate action in local communities. The project addresses deforestation, pollution, and low climate awareness by organizing tree-planting activities, school awareness programs, and community clean-ups. Through these efforts, GreenRoots Africa empowers young people to take responsibility for their environment and build a culture of sustainability. Our goal is to create greener, healthier communities and inspire long-term climate resilience across the region.
