Millennium Fellowship Project: QuackPlus Farms

This venture focuses on transforming duck farming into a scalable, accessible, and profitable agribusiness model for Ghana and Africa. By introducing high-quality breeding stock, improved husbandry practices, and value-added processing, the project aims to provide consumers with a healthier, cost-effective alternative protein source while creating livelihoods for farmers. The initiative integrates data-driven production, sustainable farming methods, and strategic market linkages to ensure consistent supply, quality assurance, and long-term industry growth. Ultimately, the project seeks to reduce food insecurity, strengthen local agriculture, and unlock the untapped potential of the duck value chain across the region.
