We’ll add cameras to catch folks tossing waste in wrong places, making a mess; their details would go to authorities to curb it. We’d look into why people do this—maybe bins are too far or unclear—and find a long-term fix. We’d let everyone know where bins are with flyers or quick market chats, so no one’s dumping randomly. Plus, folks would clean them out regularly, keeping bugs and nastiness away. With this, we’d turn messy spots into cleaner, healthier and happier places.
