Millennium Fellowship Project: Udaan
Our project goal is career guidance. We have created a career guidance ai chatbot to help students of all backgrounds to make informed decisions about career choices. Most of the students usually don't explore the diverse career options and rather follow the traditional ones, and that leads to them being stuck in jobs they don't like doing. We aim to overcome that situation making a brighter future for everyone.
About the Millennium Fellow
Ridha Fathima is a bright and driven young student with a global outlook and a deep passion for creating meaningful impact. Born and raised in Kerala, she has always been curious about people, cultures, and the ways communities can grow stronger together.
For as long as she can remember, Ridha has been inspired by values of empathy, social responsibility, and collective progress. This passion has translated into her active involvement in projects that support students, spread awareness, and encourage inclusivity. She enjoys exploring new ideas, connecting with diverse communities, and finding ways to contribute positively to the world around her.
