UNITED NATIONS ACADEMIC IMPACT AND MCN PROUDLY PRESENT ANTONIQUE' K. FLEMONS, A MILLENNIUM FELLOW FOR THE CLASS OF 2025.
University of Kansas | Kansas, United States | Advancing SDG 12, SDG 11 & UNAI 9

" I'm very grateful to be a Millennium Fellow because I get to the chance to participate in something bigger than me to help others. Learning about sustainable shopping and implementing that in my everyday life has turned out to be one of my most useful skills. It's cool to be able to share things I know work! "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Brains & Beauties Presents: Circular City
My project is to curate circularity within fashion for communities. Brains & Beauties is a student ran publication that discusses the importance of girlhood, growing up, through a fashionable lense. Expanding to civic engagement, the team has implemented a clothing swap to communities to highlight the importance of community and circularity.
