" I believe this opportunity will enhance my capacity to serve my community effectively. I firmly hold that growth comes through knowledge and the empowerment that knowledge brings. I am confident that what I will learn through this fellowship will mark a pivotal chapter in my personal and professional development, equipping me to create meaningful impact and be a true blessing to those around me. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Loving You Project

The Loving You Project is an initiative designed to empower young women in Malawi to invest in themselves, build confidence, and develop their skills. Inspired by my book Loving You, the project focuses on personal growth, goal-setting, and talent development. Through book discussion circles, self-development workshops, talent investment sessions, goal-setting clinics, and a Purple Team Event—a networking event on my campus where young women showcase their talents, skills, discuss challenges they face, and set goals for their small businesses—participants learn to discover their strengths, set achievable goals, and see themselves as contributors to their communities.
