" I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it offers a platform to collaborate with like-minded change makers, harness technology for social good, and create sustainable solutions that positively impact communities. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: TechBridge for Youth
TechBridge for Youth was one of my projects that aimed to provide the basic digital and tech knowledge to the children around me. Many of the students around me do not have proper access to computers or the internet, and even less to the usage of software like email, spreadsheets, or basic code platforms. With the provision of weekend workshops and school partnerships, I teach children how to utilize technology in a way that can benefit them in school, in their professional lives, and even start small projects on their own. It's all about making sure no one feels left out because they didn't have technology when they were growing up.
