United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 60,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2025 on 7,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 290+ campuses worldwide (less than 5%) were selected to host the 4,500+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Future Ready Minds

Future-Ready Minds is a youth-focused initiative that prepares secondary school students for the future by equipping them with essential skills beyond the classroom. The project introduces young people to soft skills and a mindset of continuous learning. Through a cohort-based model, it helps teenagers gain clarity, build confidence, and take early steps towards shaping their future paths.

About the Millennium Fellow

Olamiji Agboola is a dedicated student and aspiring social innovator from Lagos, Nigeria. As a newly accepted Millennium Fellow, Olamiji is passionate about addressing global challenges through localised solutions. Her previous work and educational background have provided her with a strong foundation in community-building and a desire to create a lasting, positive impact. Through her project, she aims to leverage technology for educational equity and empower young people in her community. Olamiji aspires to a career that combines social entrepreneurship with sustainable development, driven by the belief that every individual can be a catalyst for change.
