ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2025

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 60,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2025 on 7,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 290+ campuses worldwide (less than 5%) were selected to host the 4,500+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: MIND MATTERS MOVEMENT

The Mind Matters Movement (MMM) is an initiative established for students. The objective of MMM is to enhance mental health support and well-being for students, particularly undergraduates, throughout their academic journey. Students often experience academic and social pressures. MMM emphasizes the creation of safe environments, increasing awareness, and linking students to accessible resources, working towards the attainment of universal health coverage.

About the Millennium Fellow

Amusa Aisha Adebola is a student of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology LAUTECH, Ogbomoso in the department of medical laboratory science. She is an indigene of Oyo town, in Oyo state, Nigeria. She is a vibrant young lady with a lot of passions for improved health care and equality in access to healthcare. She is also a volunteer who has volunteered in many health initiatives. She has leadership and finance managing skills. She served as the financial secretary and head the finance and fundraising team, during 2023/2024 tenure led by Rt. Hon. Akinyemi Oladapo.
