Lynn University | Florida, United States | Advancing SDG 4 & UNAI 3

" I'm excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it gives me the chance to create real impact while growing as a professional. My work in coaching is about helping people break through barriers and discover themselves through their own awareness and consciousness, and this fellowship allows me to extend that purpose to a broader community. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Inner Growth Coaching
My project focused on promoting inner growth and clarity through the practice of coaching. Throughout the semester, I attended multiple networking events where I offered free coaching sessions to startup CEOs, founders, and professionals to help them reflect on their goals and decision-making. I also provided free coaching sessions to students on my campus, as well as to people within my community, family, and friends. Additionally, I hosted two events designed to introduce people to the power of coaching and self-reflection. The overall goal of this project was to create meaningful personal transformation by helping individuals gain clarity, self-awareness, and direction through structured coaching methodologies.
