" To acquire valuable mentorship and access resources to make my project more impactful.Mental health is overlooked in my community, this opportunity will help me create awareness, come up with solutions and encourage each person to prioritize their well being. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Still Minds Circle
My project is about encouraging people to do the inner work,be in solitude and use better coping mechanisms or healing mechanisms when faced with mental health problems.Activities such as journaling, going for walks or reading self help books will give them clarity they need and also calmness. They also have to let themselves feel the pain and not avoid it for healing to happen.Just letting the tape play, and by this they will get the freedom they deserve and live fulfilled lives.
