Millennium Fellowship Project: Mind Body Bloom

This project Is basically an initiative to spread awareness about the mental health and physical health which Is majorly affected by daily meals with an imbalanced essential nutritional values and more of fats which Is further creating huge problems such as obesity,PCOD/PCOS,Hyperlipidemias,high cholesterols leading into heart problem and heart attacks in young generations. And leading a major cause for the deaths. And with the stress being faced from peers,colleagues,families and relatives ruins the mental health and cause depression and lack of self confidence and insecurities. So this project focuses on the concept of creating and spreading awareness about the importance of including exercise and yoga for not only fitness but also has a lot of impact hormonal wise and health wise to lead a happy life.

About the Millennium Fellow

Jakkani Sai gnana Lahari dedicated and passionate medical student pursuing an MBBS , now serving as an intern. She was born in Mahabubnagar and currently residing in Hyderabad.Lahari has developed a deep interest in advancing medical knowledge and patient care. Driven by curiosity and commitment to professional growth,jakkani Lahari aspires to build meaningful career in medicine while contributing to better healthcare outcomes
