" I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it offers me the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who are equally passionate about creating positive social change. By working together, we can amplify our impact, challenge existing boundaries, and create sustainable solutions for women’s health and environmental sustainability. I do this work because I believe in the power of knowledge and empathy to drive meaningful change in underserved communities. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: It's Okay not to be Okay

It’s Okay to Not Be Okay:
It’s an initiative to break the stigma around mental health and create a safe space for adolescents to express their feelings and their struggles without fear of judgment.
Peer pressure, family expectations, academic excellence and body image concerns are not just passing phases. They deeply influence how we connect with ourselves , how we build our confidence and connect with the world.
