United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 60,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2025 on 7,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 290+ campuses worldwide (less than 5%) were selected to host the 4,500+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: SafeSRH Africa

This is a project focused on providing young and adolescent generations in Africa with competent knowledge about sexual and reproductive health (SRH) using digital technologies including content creation, online discussions and webinars. The goal is likely to improve access to accurate information, promote safe practices, and empower young people to make informed decisions about their health. This will reduce the burden of Sexual violences, unintended pregnancies, unsafe abortions and HIV and AIDS

About the Millennium Fellow

Anna Pamba is a MD student at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences in Tanzania, who strides in the field of research, health advocacy and leadership, beyond her academic pursuit she serves as a passionate Sexual and Reproductive health advocate dedicated to improving access to quality healthcare with passion for empowering communities especially adolescents through education, community outreach, digital content creation and ensuring access to care . Her dedication to community service is evident through her active participation in medical
camps that bring positive impact and improve healthcare to community. Her spirit extends beyond advocacy to social change as she is not only advocate for the Sustainable Development Goals but actively lives them out in the daily life. Having served in different local and
governmental organizations like,Tanzania Medical Student Association (TAMSA), she brings on board a team building spirit a goal oriented and optimistic mindset to push for excellence.
She is a young enthusiastic and energetic youth dedicated to transform the lives of people in the society through application of knowledge and experience acquired through learning process. A student of life
who is always ready to learn, network and connect.
