Millennium Fellowship Project: Srhr Project Under Tamida Initiative

The project aims at equipping peer educators from different universities with the necessary skills and knowledge in project management and planning, enabling them to lead advocacy efforts on SRHR, mental health, and nutrition among adolescents in different regions of Tanzania. The primary beneficiaries are adolescent girls and boys in schools, orphanages, juvenile centres, and refugee camps, while youths from different universities serve as secondary beneficiaries through capacity building as peer educators. Through the project, we equipped chapter leaders with essential skills and knowledge to effectively lead their groups during project execution and activity planning, and we successfully united peer educators from different parts of the country.
