" "Mentorship in leadership which will enable me lead and promote collaboration in the team I lead. Idea sharing from the other fellows which will broaden my perspective on different things including how to improve the quality of education. I'm trying to improve the quality of education and providing guidance and counseling to students, because our communities have lost a lot of talent due to the high dropout rates which I believe that the rate of dropping out of school by students can drastically decrease which will be beneficial to the community.
