" Being a part of the Millennium Fellowship will equip me with skills such as teamwork, creativity and strategic thinking skills that I'll need to help make health care and health information more accessible to those that can't normally access it because of where they live or their economic status.
And It'll also connect me with like minded people. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Healthy Living Initiative

Our project is all about ensuring everyone has access to quality health care and health education, regardless of their socioeconomic status and living situation. The Healthy Living Initiative aims to bridge the gap in healthcare of rural communities and to educate and encourage members of the community to take charge of their health and make better health choices. We want to work together with members of the community and health care workers to ensure positive results for years to come. I want to use the opportunity that Millennium Fellowship is going to provide to connect with like minded people in my campus .
