" Passion and determination, I am excited to have been selected as a Millennium Fellow class of 2025, because I believe in going for what you want and seeing if you will get it , being selected and participate will not only enhance my leadership skills but challenge my determination capacity and how far I am willing to go to learn and be able to help my community and amplify the voices of Young females who are scared to dream and succeed. Mostly it is said that females who are successful do not get married because men are scared of powerful women , my purpose is to change this narrative women who are successful deserve to embraced and men must be proud if women who can stand up to what they believe in and light up the world in their capacity "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Girls on the Podium
Female leadership is a project I have been working on in advocating for more females to be leaders , I believe females can make great leaders too with the necessary support given this project is mostly for every female in the university who feels they are not good enough to lead the aim of this project is to ensure that I amplify the voices of Young females and bring out the best in them through various mentorship programs in entrepreneurship, innovation and skill development I believe females can be champions in entrepreneurship and shouldn't be limited to coming up with ideas my project aims to bring out the best in females who hide due to anxiety, fear or thinking they can't be the best. This project will support students who want to become future leaders , entrepreneurs and beyond. I have been doing business in campus even as a student and it has helped me grow and gain experience and also networking opportunities and it has contributed to the passion that I have today so I just don't want to end on inspiring but also creating more female students like me who can't be limited in exeling in leadership.
