Millennium Fellowship Project: Chetna: Mental Health for All
Our project titled “Chetna” focus on addressing the increasing challenge of mental health issues among students, including stress, anxiety, and lack of accessible support. The initiative aims to raise awareness, provide practical resources, and foster a supportive community to promote mental well-being. By conducting awareness campaigns, workshops, and creating educational materials such as handbooks on mental health, the project empowers individuals to recognize and manage mental health challenges effectively. Through collaboration with NGOs and university stakeholders, it strives to reduce stigma, enhance emotional resilience, and create a positive social impact by encouraging open conversations and timely intervention. Ultimately, the initiative contributes to a healthier, more informed society where mental health is prioritized and supported
