Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Apricity

Project Apricity is a student-led initiative that focuses on building genuine connection and emotional support within the campus community. At its core, the project is about creating simple, thoughtful spaces where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and connecting with one another in meaningful ways.
We design and carry out initiatives that encourage reflection, conversation, and emotional expression in ways that feel natural and accessible. Our activities are intentionally low-pressure and inclusive, allowing students to participate at their own pace and in forms that feel safe to them. Whether through anonymous communication or shared experiences, our initiatives aim to make students feel seen, heard, and supported.
Alongside our on-ground efforts, Project Apricity maintains an active digital presence to document our work and stay connected with the wider student community. Through our website and social media platforms, we share glimpses of our initiatives, highlight upcoming activities, and create a space for continued engagement beyond individual events.
An important part of our work involves listening to the student body and learning from their responses. We pay close attention to participation and feedback, using these insights to shape future initiatives and ensure that our work remains relevant and responsive to the needs of the community. Through this approach, Project Apricity seeks to grow as a platform rooted in empathy, care, and collective belonging.
