" I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it offers a unique opportunity to broaden my horizons, engage with like-minded peers, and gain valuable insight into diverse perspectives. I look forward to exchanging ideas, learning from different experiences, and collaborating on meaningful initiatives. This fellowship will play a vital role in my journey toward building a more inclusive and equitable world. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Saathi: Rights and Reach
We sensitised people across office, colleges and school through various means with respect to Disability ID(UDID) issued by government authority and government schemes. We conducted activities. We conducted discussion amongst students with disabilities to open the dialogue on critical issues. We also reached out to government to set up camp to issue cards to person with disabilities and reduce the gap between government and PwD and currently in talks with them.
