" Being a part of this fellowship will give me the opportunity to connect with like-minded leaders across the globe who are equally driven to create meaningful change. As someone who has personally navigated both mental and physical challenges, I deeply understand the importance of resilience, empathy, and inclusive leadership. This experience has shaped my perspective and motivates me to contribute towards initiatives that not only address systemic issues but also create spaces where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Saathi: Rights and Reach
We sensitised people across office, colleges and school through various means with respect to Disability ID(UDID) issued by government authority and government schemes. We conducted activities. We conducted discussion amongst students with disabilities to open the dialogue on critical issues. We also reached out to government to set up camp to issue cards to person with disabilities and reduce the gap between government and PwD and currently in talks with them.
