Millennium Fellowship Project: Water for Health
My project aims to raise awareness among local people about the hard and contaminated water of khapu district ghanche and about safe water practices through seminars , activities and webinars in different institutions like school ,colleges. This will help people learn how to store, boil, and filter water properly. The project’s long term goal is to support the community in getting cleaner drinking water and reducing health problems caused by contaminated water.
About the Millennium Fellow
Sadia Hussain is a bright and promising English literature student at National University of modern languages in Islamabad, Pakistan. She is passionate about how storytelling, education, and cultural exchange can shape societies and create positive change.
She has always been determined to make a difference in society by playing her part, with a strong commitment to working for the people of her native region to ensure they have access to basic necessities such as clean water and quality education.
Through her work and projects, she hopes to promote education, environmental awareness, and cross-cultural understanding. After graduating, Sadia plans to pursue a master’s degree abroad, with the goal of becoming a literature professor and contributing to educational development in her community.
