Millennium Fellowship Project: Mindful Nutrition for All

Mindful Nutrition for All is a community-based awareness project aimed at promoting basic nutrition knowledge and healthy lifestyle practices among students. The project focuses on raising awareness about the importance of balanced diets, mindful eating and the role of nutrition in overall physical and mental wellbeing.
Between August and November, the project involved developing educational presentations, conducting awareness sessions and engaging students across schools, colleges, and universities with different activities.Interactive discussions and simple, practical guidance, the initiative encouraged young people to make informed and healthier food choices in their daily lives.
The project emphasizes prevention, education, and youth engagement with the goal of building long term healthy habits and improving nutrition awareness at the community level.
