" I believe in amplifying the voices of the marginalised, who are silenced by superstition and fear. My passion for law and the arts fuels my commitment to document their stories, advocate for reforms and foster healing in the community. This work is not just a project but a necessary step toward equality, societal transformation and the realisation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: DAYAN
DAYAN: Documenting Abuse and Yielding Aid for the Neglected. This is he project that will be undertaken by us wherein we will be conducting research on the social issue of the witch hunting that will extensively be centered around the victims who have survived this ordeal. Within the capacity of this project we would document the experiences of the survivors, possibly conduct field visits to account for the ground reality, conduct sensitization drives, collaborate with relevant authorities and institutions and device policies which would facilitate the rehabilitation of the survivors, ensure curbing of such evil practice and ensure a strengthened legal framework to deal with the menace of this practice.
