UNITED NATIONS ACADEMIC IMPACT AND MCN PROUDLY PRESENT STUTI ANVI, A MILLENNIUM FELLOW FOR THE CLASS OF 2025.
National University of Study and Research in Law | Ranchi, India | Advancing SDG 5, SDG 8 & UNAI 6

" With an existence the goal is not just to be a seat at the table, but a voice in the global conversation about justice, dignity, and human rights. A work rooted in confronting the archaic and toxic practice of witch-hunting robbing countless individuals, of their safety, identity, and often their lives. Silence in the face of such injustice is complicity, and a commitment to breaking that silence by educating communities, challenging harmful beliefs, and fostering empathy. The Fellowship excites me because it unites passionate change makers from across the world, creating a network of support, innovation, and courage. My dream is to help build a world where superstition cannot be weaponized, where every person’s dignity is protected, and where justice is not an exception but the rule. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: DAYAN
The aim of the project is basically to focus on the victims of witch hunting, which is prevalent in the villages and underdeveloped towns of Jharkhand and nearby states. We focus on initially documenting it, understanding the reasons, background and the impact of the evil practice and then based on statistics and need, provide aid to those neglected or suppressed or ousted from the community due to allegations of such nature. An intricate and detailed study of this psychological horror of what the victims go through and a meeting with the survivors informing them about government schemes and scholarships. A session is planned as well to teach them about employment opportunities that can be availed by them. Further the goal is to rehabilitate and sensitize the victims about the opportunities available to them.
