" I believe global challenges demand solutions that unite science and strategy. My work sits at the intersection of health, security, and diplomacy, areas that shape the stability of nations and the lives of millions. The Millennium Fellowship offers a rare opportunity to collaborate with passionate leaders, sharpen my ability to design impactful projects, and translate ideas into measurable change. I am excited to leverage this experience to advance initiatives that not only improve health systems but also strengthen peace, resilience, and cooperation across borders. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: NYU Journal of Medicine & Law (NYUJML)

The NYU Journal of Medicine & Law (NYUJML) is an interdisciplinary undergraduate initiative designed to address a critical gap at the intersection of healthcare, law, and public policy. In a world where health outcomes are deeply shaped by legal structures, regulatory decisions, and ethical frameworks, students rarely receive training that synthesizes these domains. NYUJML seeks to change that. Through a student-run journal, speaker events, interdisciplinary workshops, and our new upcoming podcast Vitals & Verdicts, we bring together pre-health, pre-law, public policy, and humanities students to collaboratively explore the systems shaping global and community health. Our long-term vision includes developing a structured pipeline program for first-generation and underrepresented students pursuing medical or law school, ensuring equitable access to mentorship, resources, and professional pathways. NYUJML ultimately aims to build a generation of leaders equipped to address the world’s most pressing health and justice challenges.
