" “I am passionate about creating positive change in communities and empowering young people to reach their full potential. I love working with children; in the past, I had the opportunity to engage with them, and I found myself in my brightest moments. I believe that with the right mentorship, resources, and opportunities, individuals can achieve far more than they ever imagined. I am where I am today because of the guidance I have received, and I hope to pay it forward through meaningful social action.” "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Tiny Voices, Loud Futures
Tiny Voices, Big Futures is an educational equity initiative based in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay, created to support children in underserved public schools through hands-on, joyful learning. In collaboration with The American Box Project, a U.S. Embassy–supported program, the project brings high-quality STEM and English learning materials to classrooms with limited resources and low internet connectivity.
As a Facilitator under the official Americana Box agreement, I design and lead monthly workshops using the materials provided in each box, ranging from science experiments to creative arts and English language activities. These sessions aim to transform traditional learning into an engaging, experiential process that builds students’ confidence, curiosity, and teamwork skills.
The long-term goal of Tiny Voices, Big Futures is to expand to rural areas, create a replicable teaching toolkit, and help children see education as a path toward opportunity and empowerment.
