" I am passionate about bridging microbiology, public health, and research to address challenges in infectious diseases and health policy. The Millennium Fellowship excites me because it provides a platform to collaborate with like-minded peers, strengthen my leadership skills, and amplify my impact. Through this opportunity, I hope to align my work with the SDGs and create meaningful change in my community. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: BalancEd: Thriving Beyond the Pressure
I'm looking at how stress affects students' health. Many students deal with pressure from school, exams, and other responsibilities, but we don’t always talk about how it impacts their bodies and minds. I want to find out how stress affects sleep, diet, and mental health, and then suggest simple ways students can manage stress better.
