United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 60,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2025 on 7,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 290+ campuses worldwide (less than 5%) were selected to host the 4,500+ Millennium Fellows.

" Being a Millennium Fellow will give a platform to collaborate with other change makes to drive change and create impact in society. The skills that I will learn and those that I will be opportuned to improve will help me do even better projects in future. I am interested in a drug free generation because I know that a lot of people would choose a better and healthier lifestyle if they have access to the right knowledge and information. A drug free generation is important in driving change in the society.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Healthy Minds Clean lives

Our project is called "Healthy minds Clean lives" it is an health awareness project were we fused hygiene/sanitation awareness and drug use awareness. The project was target at primary and secondary school students physical and then we did a general online awareness to include everyone in our project.

About the Millennium Fellow

Funmilayo Rashidat Nasiru is a pharmacy student at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria. Funmilayo is passionate about a education and the wellbeing of children and the younger generation. Through her project, she intends to contribute towards raising a drug-free generation.
