Millennium Fellowship Project: Green Campus Initiative

I am passionate about helping young people understand adverse effect climate change has on our environment and what we can do about it collectively. My project focuses on CLIMATE LITERACY FOR YOUTH, where I aim to make climate education fun, engaging, and practical. I will organize workshops, interactive sessions, and hands-on projects on campus and to teach the basics of climate change - why it’s happening, how it affects us, and what we can do to help. The goal is to empower students on campus with the right knowledge and tools so they can take action in their daily lives, whether it's adopting sustainable habits, spreading awareness, or even leading initiatives in their own communities. I want to create a space where learning about the environment isn't boring or overwhelming but instead exciting and inspiring. Whether it’s through storytelling, games, or real-life projects like recycling drives and energy-saving challenges, the idea is to make sustainability second nature to the next generation.
