Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Empowerher
Project EmpowerHER is a community-driven initiative focused on promoting gender equality and empowering young women through education, legal awareness, and economic independence. The project aims to equip women with the tools and support they need to thrive in a society where gender discrimination still persists.
The primary goal of Project EmpowerHER is to provide practical resources and emotional support for victims of gender-based violence, while advocating for policy reforms that foster gender equality. The project will begin its implementation within universities, the foundation of social and intellectual development, to nurture awareness and leadership among young women.
About the Millennium Fellow
Marvellous Osinaike is a passionate and goal driven undergraduate of law of Olabisi Onabanjo University who makes the most of every opportunity to make impact. She was born and raised in Ogun State, Nigeria and currently studies in Ago Iwoye, Ogun State. She is passionate about quality education and gender equality, she is a strong advocate for the right of every child to access quality education.
She has led various campaigns advocating quality education and gender equality, and she strives to continue in this path in order to make impact in the society and world at large.
