Millennium Fellowship Project: Lexicon – Making Lives Better Through Language
Lexicon, founded by A.A. Saanchi Bollamma and Madala Naga Suchira under the Millennium Fellowship at PES University, is an initiative that aims to make English learning inclusive, creative and empowering for children from underprivileged backgrounds.
The project supports SDG 4: Quality Education by creating safe spaces where language becomes a tool for confidence and self-expression rather than memorization. Lexicon helps children communicate freely, explore imagination and discover the joy of learning through interactive sessions.
The co-founders personally handle all aspects of the project ensuring that every session builds connection and growth.
Lexicon is more than a language project it is a movement of empathy and empowerment, proving that every child deserves the chance to be heard while bridging the opportunity gap.
About the Millennium Fellow
Madala Naga Suchira is a B.Tech Biotechnology student at PES University who blends curiosity with persistence, seeing the world as a place full of hidden problems waiting for creative solutions. She is fascinated by everything from the origins of life and the vastness of space to the mysteries of history, often staying with the question rather than rushing for answers. Exploring bold thoughts ideas, she believes even small contributions can ripple outward to create change and she’s determined to be part of that ripple.
