Millennium Fellowship Project: Aged & Able
The project Aged & Able aims to bridge the intergenerational gap between the youth and the elderly, through a team of committed young volunteers who spend time with the elderly of old age homes of lahore and preserve their life lessons for others and most importantly to make them feel needed and loved.
About the Millennium Fellow
Muhammad Umar is a penultimate-year law student at Punjab University Law College, Lahore, Pakistan, pursuing LLB alongside a BA in International Relations. Passionate about human rights, international law, and strategic studies, he combines academic rigor with active involvement in research, writing, and advocacy. He served as Director of Research at the Cyber & IP Association, has published scholarly articles, and engages in community-focused initiatives such as religious harmony and mental health advocacy. As a poet and writer, he explores social issues through both legal scholarship and creative expression.
