Millennium Fellowship Project: Job Market Refugees Integration

Unemployment in Qatar is a double-sided issue: job seekers are unable to secure employment, and employers do not have access to qualified individuals. Our business model solves this through ‘data-driven insights, targeted training, and an AI-powered job matching system. We identify market trends, close skill gaps with affordable certification programs, and accurately match job seekers to employers. Our business model allow Job seekers to secure employability through customized training and mentoring. While businesses get pre-screened, qualified candidates, creating a win-win scenario.b

About the Millennium Fellow

Abdelrahman Mohamed is a Computer Science student at Qatar University who is deeply committed to leveraging technology for social good. Passionate about data science, leadership, and entrepreneurship, he has led several initiatives while fostering collaboration as a natural conflict resolver. His academic excellence and dedication to impactful problem-solving drive his vision to become a leading entrepreneur in AI and social innovation, creating solutions that empower communities and reduce inequalities.
