" I believe small but consistent efforts can create ripples of meaningful change. The Millennium Fellowship gives me the chance to transform my ideas to reality, learn from inspiring people and work towards a future where compassion and service are at the heart of progress. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: S.I.R.A.T: Identification of Reproductive and Antenatal Trends

Project SIRAT (Strategic Identification of Reproductive and Antenatal Trends) is an initiative aimed at uncovering the often overlooked emotional, cultural, and experiential gaps in maternal healthcare. Through door-to-door visits, community interactions, and discussions in anganwadis and hospitals, the project gathers real stories from mothers and frontline workers to understand the challenges they face beyond clinical care. By compiling these insights into a comprehensive report, Project SIRAT seeks to guide more empathetic, informed, and mother-centred policies that improve both maternal well-being and long-term child health outcomes.
