Redeemer's University | Ede, Nigeria | Advancing SDG 4, SDG 16 & UNAI 6

" Innovation and problem solving fuels my sdg work and impact . Rather than let a problem shape me, I look for ways to turn it into an opportunity instead. This is why I'm excited in the Millennium Fellowship because I get to lead as well as solve problems that people like me face. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Bithiah 2.0
Project Bithiah 2.0 is an offshoot of last year's project! This time around, I also get to collaborate on this project which focuses on Quality Education and Gender inequality. Our plan focuses on educating and inspiring female second school students. Our theme will be "Education for all" and as a law student and founder of inspired by Bimpe, I plan on bringing into this project a legal awareness session where I would be teaching the teenagers about their rights which will include child protection and educational rights.
About the Millennium Fellow
Adebimpe Adegoroye is an outstanding law student at Redeemer’s University, Nigeria. She's from Osun-State Nigeria. Where she comes from serves as an important information in her sdg journey because growing up she has seen young females get pregnant and having to stop school as well as people being ignorant of their rights. This is why she's so interested in advocacy, women rights and youth advocacy. She sees herself turning the limitation from where she's from to opportunities instead
